Taliadau siâp BH am gynnau cludwr gwag cregyn bylchog

Mae taliadau siâp BH am gludwyr gwag Scolloped yn dechnoleg newydd ym maes amddiffyn a ffrwydron diwydiannol. Gyda siâp wedi'i ddiffinio'n dda, gall y rhain ddarparu rhyddhau egni lleol iawn, sy'n hollbwysig mewn tylliad da yn y diwydiant olew a threiddiadau eraill wrth amddiffyn.

Paramedrau Technegol

Mae'r gwefr siâp BH yn cael ei nodi gan gludwr gwag, cregyn bylchog. Gall diamedr cludwr cregyn bylchog amrywio rhwng 50mm a 150mm, yn dibynnu ar gais. Mae'r set wefr siâp fel arfer rhwng 100mm a 300mm i gyd.

Mae'r siâp cregyn bylchog ar gludwr wedi'i grefftio'n fwriadol. Gall dyfnder sgollop fod yn 5 - 10 mm, a gall traw rhwng pâr o sgollops olynol fod yn 10 - 20 mm. Mae hwn yn siâp holl bwysig ar gyfer rhyddhau'r cynnwys egnïol mwyaf.

 

Llenwad ffrwydrol

Gellir cyflogi ffrwydron cyflymder uchel, fel RDX (ffrwydron yr adran ymchwil) neu ffrwydron uchel - AS. Gall màs llenwi ffrwydron orwedd rhwng 200 gram ac 1 cilogram, yn dibynnu ar faint a defnydd.

Mae'r ffrwydron wedi'i bacio mewn ffordd llawn dop er mwyn cael tanio homogenaidd. Mae'n bosibl gan ddefnyddio ffrwydron sy'n pacio yn homogenaidd uchel ac yn drwchus gan ddefnyddio ffyrdd arbenigol. Mae angen hyn wrth ryddhau pŵer mewn ffordd effeithiol.

Disgrifiadau

Mae leinin gwefr siâp yn gopr, mewn rhai achosion yn aloi copr. Mae copr yn cael ei ffafrio oherwydd ei allu boddhaol i drosglwyddo egni a'i hydwythedd rhagorol. Gall trwch leinin fod yn ca. 1 - 3 mm.

Mae'r leinin wedi'i siapio'n ofalus mewn siâp pendant, siâp hemisfferig, neu siâp côn. Mae'r siâp o arwyddocâd critigol wrth ganolbwyntio ar ysgogiad egnïol tanio mewn gwlithod cyflymder uchel, neu jet.

Mae'r cynwysyddion gwag cregyn bylchog yn cael eu hadeiladu mewn technoleg wedi'i pheiriannu yn fanwl gywir. Dewisir deunyddiau dur cryfder uchel, neu aloion, am fod yn wydn ac am allu cynnal grymoedd ffrwydrad.

Cyfrifiadur - Rhifiadol - Mae torri rheolaeth yn cael ei gyflogi i gynhyrchu'r patrwm sgolio mewn moesau manwl iawn. Mae'r cludwyr wedi'u peiriannu yn cael archwiliadau amrywiol ar gyfer ansawdd, er enghraifft, archwiliadau dimensiwn ac archwiliadau ar gyfer gorffen wyneb.

Mae'r taliadau siâp BH yn mynd o dan amgylcheddau efelychiedig, yn ogystal ag amgylcheddau gwirioneddol, yn profi. Mewn persawr, wel, maen nhw'n mynd o dan ffynhonnau prawf am allu cynhyrchiol i wneud. Wrth amddiffyn, mae'n cael ei brofi ar ddeunyddiau o ddiddordeb ar gyfer gallu treiddgar.
