Disgrifiad o gynhyrchion
Gwneir y taliadau siâp yn benodol i gyfeirio egni ffrwydrol i gyfeiriad penodol gyda lefel uchel o ddwyster, sy'n cyflawni lefel uchel o dorri neu dreiddio. Gwneir y cludwyr gwag cregyn bylchog yn benodol i gynnwys a gwella ymarferoldeb y taliadau siâp.
Gofynion Technegol
- Strwythur Tâl:Yn gyffredinol, mae'r taliadau siâp DH yn defnyddio deunydd ffrwydrol ynni uchel ar ffurf RDX (Adran Ymchwil Ffrwydron) neu HMX (ffrwydron toddi uchel) oherwydd ei gyflymder tanio uchel a'i ryddhau egni. Mae'r ffrwydron wedi'i ddylunio'n benodol er mwyn i allbwn rheolaidd ddibynnu arno.
- Adeiladu Cludwyr:Mae'r alwminiwm aloi neu'r dur cryfder uchel yn cael ei siapio yn gludwyr gwag siâp cregyn bylchog. Mae'r egni ffrwydrol yn cael ei drosglwyddo'n fwy effeithlon trwy siâp cregyn bylchog wrth i sefydlogrwydd strwythurol wrth ei ryddhau fel wrth godi gael ei gyrraedd hefyd. Mae'r ceudod mewn cludwr wedi'i beiriannu â manwl gywirdeb uchel mewn ffordd y mae'n gydnaws â gwefr siâp. Mae gweithrediad priodol fel y gweithredir hefyd.
- Maint a Dimensiwn:Nid yw'r dimensiynau ar daliadau siâp DH yn ogystal â'i gludwyr yn cael eu safoni trwy gais. Mae'r diamedrau ar daliadau siâp ychydig centimetrau hyd at ddwsin o centimetrau mewn diamedr, tra bod dimensiynau ar ei gludwyr yn cael eu gwneud mewn ffordd a fydd yn ffitio i'r gwefr gyda rhywfaint o le ar gael rhyngddynt er mwyn cael eu dodrefnu â dyfeisiau ymlyniad neu fowntio.





Gweithdrefn Gweithgynhyrchu
- Llwytho Ffrwydron:Mae'r ffrwydron yn cael ei wefru i leinin gwefr siâp ar ffurf gyflyredig. Defnyddir peiriannau arbennig er mwyn dosbarthu'r ffrwydrol mewn ffordd systematig yn ogystal â dileu pob posibilrwydd o le rhwng aer neu ddi -rym a all amharu ar ei weithrediad.
- Gweithgynhyrchu Cludwyr:Cynhyrchir cludwyr ceudod siâp cregyn bylchog o ddeunydd crai trwy beiriannu manwl gywirdeb. Mae'r deunydd crai yn cael ei leihau mewn dimensiynau fel cam cychwyn ac yna ei ffurfio i siâp cregyn bylchog trwy ffugio neu drwy felino. Mae'r ceudod mewnol yn cael ei beiriannu yn ôl dimensiynau wedi hynny.
- Cynulliad:Mae'r gwefr siâp yn ogystal â'r cludwyr yn cael eu dwyn i gysylltiad ar ôl eu siapio. Mabwysiadir lleoli gofalus wrth leoli mewn gwefr siâp safle mewn perthynas â'r cludwr ac yna ei osod gyda chaewyr neu ludyddion priodol. Dilynir pob cam wrth ymgynnull gyda gwiriadau ansawdd yn nhrefn bod y cynnyrch sy'n deillio o hyn yn cydymffurfio â gofynion penodol.
Perfformiad a chymwysiadau
- Perfformiad:Mae taliadau siâp DH mewn cludwyr gwag cregyn bylchog yn cael eu hadeiladu mewn modd sy'n gwneud allbwn perfformiad uchel. Mae'r taliadau siâp DH yn addas mewn platiau dur tyllu sy'n drwchus, strwythurau gyda deunydd wedi'i wneud o goncrit, yn ogystal â thyllu amcanion caled â chywirdeb uchel. Mae'r siâp cregyn bylchog yn y cludwr yn gwella canolbwyntio ar ynni ffrwydrol, sy'n golygu ergyd dorri fwy effeithlon.
- Ceisiadau:Defnyddir y cemegau hefyd ar raddfa eang mewn cymhwysiad milwrol o ran bwledi gwrth -danc, lle mae cyd -destun yn cael ei ddefnyddio mewn ymgais i chwalu arfwisgoedd cerbydau'r gelyn. Mewn cymhwysiad diwydiannol, gellir ei ddefnyddio mewn swyddogaethau sy'n cynnwys dinistrio strwythurau enfawr yn ogystal â thorri pibellau trwchus mewn nwy yn ogystal â phurfeydd petroliwm.
Diogelwch a Thrin
- Rhagofalon Diogelwch:Oherwydd cymeriad ffrwydrol taliadau siâp DH, mae cynhyrchu yn ogystal â thrawsgludo yn cael ei wneud gyda mesurau lefel uchel o ran diogelwch. Defnyddir storfeydd addas gydag awyru yn ogystal â rheolaeth thermol, fel y mae gweithdrefn drylwyr wrth ddelio â pheidio â ffrwydro trwy ddamweiniau.
- Hyfforddiant:Mae'r holl bersonél hynny sy'n ymwneud â chynhyrchu, trin a chyflogaeth yn y taliadau siâp hyn i fod i gael eu hyfforddi'n arbennig. Mae'r hyfforddiant yn amrywio o ranbarthau sy'n arbenigo mewn gweithdrefn ddiogelwch, dulliau trin ffrwydrol, a defnyddio'r dyfeisiau yn addas.
